This website conveys the brand’s deep connection to Sonoma County, while highlighting its commitment to local sourcing and sustainability. To reinforce the Folie à Deux tagline and create a consistent tone throughout the site, we crafted each page to lead with a clever variation on This is Sonoma.

The vineyard’s proximity to the ocean is immediately evident. There’s a good amount of minerality on the nose, with layers of citrus, red apple and lemon curd. Hints of butterscotch and a thread of ginger, cinnamon and spice underscore the aromatics. The palate evolves, from a round and creamy texture up front to a mid-palate refined by French oak, and finally to a lengthy finish uplifted by a generous amount of natural acidity. An energetic wine, well-balanced and complex.

We aimed to make a Pinot that is electric and vibrant, yet delivers soft tannins and a subtle hint of fine French oak. This is a game of refinement with a twist, courtesy of barrel fermentation. The finished wine opens with aromas of raspberries, pomegranate seeds and quince paste. The nose reveals under layers of rose petals and violets, with hints of toast. Linear acidity in the mouth transitions to an elegant palate, with round, velvety tannins.
